Use a high-altitude airship instead of a large jet aircraft. Large airships have much greater lifting capacity and endurance than conventional jet aircraft, so you could bring more manufacturing materials aloft and stay on-station longer. Modern materials are much stealthier than we can economically make a large conventional airplane.
